Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Driplyst. By using Driplyst as a creator, supporter, or site visitor, you agree to these terms.

1. About Driplyst

Driplyst is a private wishlist gifting platform for creators. Creators can publish a page with fixed symbolic gift options, and supporters can choose a gift and complete payment through Stripe Checkout. Driplyst does not provide physical fulfilment, appointments, offline arrangements, or custom creator item names in this version.

2. Eligibility

You must only use Driplyst if you can form a legally binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are using Driplyst on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business or organisation to these terms.

3. Creator accounts

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish on their profile, including their display name, username, biography, payout details, social profile links, and gift selections. Creators must keep their account credentials secure and must not allow unauthorised access to their account.

We may approve, suspend, restrict, or remove creator accounts where necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, manage risk, or respond to suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or misuse.

4. Gift listings

Gift options on Driplyst are symbolic support items. In this version, creators can only enable or disable gifts from the platform catalogue and set their prices where permitted by the platform. Creators cannot use Driplyst to arrange offline transactions or advertise prohibited activity.

5. Fan payments

When a supporter chooses a gift, payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. By completing payment, the supporter authorises the purchase of the selected symbolic gift amount for the named creator. Driplyst does not require supporter accounts in this version, and payment details are collected by Stripe rather than directly by Driplyst.

Stripe may provide customer payment receipts and collect customer email addresses during checkout. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's own terms and policies.

After a paid gift, Driplyst may send a creator-written thank-you email to the supporter email address supplied through Stripe. This is intended as a simple transaction-related thank-you message. The supporter email address is not shown to the creator through this feature.

6. Platform funds and payouts

Payments are accepted on the platform first. Funds are not automatically paid out to creators at the moment of checkout. Driplyst may hold funds while an order is reviewed, while platform checks are completed, during a payout review period, or while payout release is pending. Creator payouts are released manually through Stripe Connect after review.

Driplyst may deduct platform fees, payment processing fees where applicable to the platform's business model, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or other permitted adjustments before calculating the creator's final payout. Platform fees may vary by creator, launch offer, or approved promotional rate and may expire.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Payments may be refunded, declined, disputed, or reversed in some situations, including suspected fraud, duplicate payments, technical error, or where required by law, card network rules, or Stripe. Driplyst may review refund requests case by case. Where funds have not been released, Driplyst may block payout while the issue is reviewed. Where funds have already been released to a creator, payout recovery may require additional steps or deductions from future payouts.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use Driplyst for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. This includes misleading supporters, using false identities, attempting to bypass fees or platform controls, interfering with the platform, or using the platform to promote restricted or prohibited content or transactions.

9. Content and profile information

You retain responsibility for the information, text, images, social links, and thank-you messages you upload or publish through your account. By adding content to Driplyst, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, send, and process that content for the operation, moderation, security, and improvement of the platform.

Creators are responsible for keeping thank-you messages appropriate, accurate, and consistent with these terms. Driplyst does not guarantee that every email will be delivered, opened, or received.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of Driplyst at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability in every region, or continued support for every feature, payment method, or integration.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Driplyst is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make guarantees about uninterrupted availability, suitability for a specific purpose, or that the site will always be free from errors or third-party failures.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Driplyst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform.

12. Termination

You may stop using Driplyst at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform where necessary for legal, operational, security, fraud, payment risk, or policy reasons.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of Driplyst after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
